Kopykake Remote Assistance

For our customers that require additional technical support with our software, or printer setup and settings, Kopykake can remotely access your computer to provide this assistance.

You will need to download and run a small program in order to allow the remote access.  This is a stand-alone program and will not install any additional files on your computer.  Once the remote session is terminated, Kopykake will not have any further access to your computer unless you grant permission again in the future.

In order to download this program, you must first consent to our Release of Liability.  Please read the section below, and if you agree to these terms, please proceed and download the program.  The Release of Liability shall remain in effect for each and every remote session initiated, including all future instances.


By downloading this program and contacting Kopykake with the remote access number, you are authorizing Kopykake to connect to your computer and make changes to your computer as deemed necessary for your assistance request.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Kopykake, or its employees, or its assigns be liable for any damages whatsoever (including without limitation, direct or indirect damages for personal injury, loss of business profits, business interruptions, loss of business information or any other real or monetary loss) arising out of Kopykake’s access to your computer or network(s), even if Kopykake and its employees or assigns have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Kopykake and/or its employees or officers be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from damage to computer, loss of use, data or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortuous action, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of any software, our technical support, failure to provide services, any loss of data or use of your computer equipment including printers and other devices.

The Release of Liability shall remain in effect for each and every remote session initiated, including all future instances.
