Q. How quickly will my order ship?

Note: For all Web Orders received into our system prior to 7:00 A.M. PST

A. Orders are processed Mon-Fri 8am-4pm (PST), excluding Holidays. We endeavor to ship your order within 48 hours, however, most orders ship within 24 hours unless the item(s) is out of stock. If you need your order rushed or on a specific date, please call us on 800-999-5253 and place your order.

NOTE: Below is a chart that shows the Business Days UPS Ground takes to reach each state from California for USA shipments. Be sure to understand, that the number of days for delivery, does NOT count Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Further, FOR SATURDAY DELIVERIES, you "MUST" call us Tollfree at 800-999-5253 before noon on Friday, and request SATURDAY Delivery as there is an extra charge for this...

UPS Ground Shipping Times

Q. How long will shipping take? See Map Above.

A. Outside the USA we use UPS Express. This takes normally 2-4 days to ALL countries.

B. To ship via Post Office, do not use the Webstore, instead you will need to either email or call us with your order and information.

Q. What if I need to return something ?

A. *We regret that we cannot accept returns of edible products such as Frosting Sheets, Edible Inks, Food Colors, etc. There is a 20% restocking fee on non-defective items. If an item is defective you must contact us within ten days of receiving your purchase in order to receive a Return Authorization Number to return the product. After ten days, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Kopykake.
