Q. How quickly will my order ship?

A. Orders are processed Mon-Fri 8am-4pm (PST). We endeavor to ship your order within 48 hours,

most orders ship within 24 hours unless the item(s) is out of stock.

Q. What if I need to return something ?

A. There is a 20% restocking fee on non-defective items. If an item is defective you must contact us

within ten days of receiving your purchase in order to receive a Return Authorization Number to return the product. After ten days, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Kopykake. We cannot accept returns of edible products, such as Frosting Sheets, edible Inks, Food Colors, etc.
